Industrial 6.0 cu ft (170 liter) stationary abrasive blast pot designed for blast rooms, fabrication facilities, and continuous-duty surface preparation. The integrated 4″ umbrella inlet provides smooth, unrestricted abrasive loading from an overhead hopper by reducing downward force on the pop-up valve—ideal for high-volume production blasting.

This model uses a 12VDC Electric Pressure Release Remote System, enabling faster start/stop activation, improved blast control over long hose distances, and reduced risk of freeze-up in cold-weather blasting environments. The AMV II™ X-TREME Duty Metering Valve provides precise and consistent abrasive feed control and is engineered for steel grit and other reusable abrasives, offering long component life and reliable performance.

Constructed with 1-1/2″ inlet, 1″ diaphragm outlet, and 1-1/4″ galvanized steel piping, this blast machine provides enhanced airflow efficiency, corrosion resistance, and durability under heavy abrasive wear.
