The 16-011-21 RPB® Z-Link® Respirator is a premium, multi-application headtop engineered for welding, grinding, painting, and industrial finishing operations. This configuration includes the Zytec® Fire-Rated Shoulder Cape, Constant Flow Valve, ANSI Z87+ safety lens, and ANSI Z89.1–rated hard hat protection, making it one of the most versatile and durable respirators in the Z-Link® lineup.

The Z-Link® provides exceptional downward and peripheral visibility, outstanding comfort, and robust impact protection. Its hinged visor system allows workers to lift the main visor for direct breathing and improved communication, while an optional welding visor can clip over the top and hinge upward to reveal the impact lens—ideal for multi-process work environments.

With RPB®’s Comfort-Link™ Fit System, molded padding, and adjustable headband, the Z-Link® is built for full-shift comfort while maintaining a secure, even weight distribution. Designed to handle demanding applications—especially welding and grinding—the Zytec® FR shoulder cape enhances protection from sparks, heat, and particulate exposure.
