The 16-075-21 RPB® Z-Link+® Respirator is a high-performance, full-feature welding and grinding respirator engineered for extreme industrial environments. Designed around operator comfort, clarity, and protection, this configuration pairs the Zytec® Fire-Rated Shoulder Cape, Auto-Darkening Welding Visor (ADF), C40 Climate Control System, ANSI Z87+ safety lens, and ANSI Z89.1 hard hat to deliver top-tier respiratory, impact, and heat protection for metal fabrication professionals.

The Z-Link+ ADF system features a large 3.88" × 2.66" viewing area, a perfect 1/1/1/1 optical clarity rating, enhanced TIG detection, and internal adjustment controls for shade, delay, and sensitivity. When lifted, the ADF visor reveals the underlying ANSI Z87+ impact lens—ideal for grinding, setup, and inspection.

With the C40 Climate Control Device, operators can heat or cool incoming supplied air to manage comfort across all seasons and harsh work conditions. The Zytec® FR shoulder cape adds expanded high-heat, spark-resistant coverage for heavy welding and grinding tasks.

The Z-Link+® includes the Comfort-Link™ Fit System, fully adjustable 360° headband, removable padding, and an ergonomic design that reduces fatigue during long-duration work.
