The 16-018-11-FR RPB® Z-Link® Respirator System is a premium, heavy-duty powered air respirator package designed for high-intensity welding, grinding, cutting, fabrication, and spark-intensive industrial operations. This configuration features the Zytec® Fire-Rated Face Seal, PX5® Belt-Mounted PAPR with High Efficiency HEPA Filter, ANSI Z87+ impact-rated safety lens, and ANSI Z89.1-certified hard hat—delivering maximum protection, comfort, and productivity for full-shift operation.

Powered by the advanced RPB® PX5® PAPR, this package provides clean, filtered air to the operator while maintaining a lightweight, ergonomic design built for mobility and reliability. This configuration is not for use in wet painting applications due to HEPA filtration requirements.

The Z-Link® hood provides expansive downward and peripheral vision, a hinged visor for quick communication and free-breathing breaks, and compatibility with optional welding visors that flip upward to reveal the ANSI Z87+ impact lens beneath. With the Comfort-Link™ Fit System and total weight distribution engineering, this unit ensures reduced operator fatigue and unmatched all-day comfort.
