The 16-015-11 RPB® Z-Link® Respirator is a top-tier, multi-application supplied-air respirator engineered for heavy-duty welding, grinding, fabrication, and high-heat industrial environments. Outfitted with the Zytec® Fire-Rated Face Seal, C40 Climate Control Device, ANSI Z87+ impact-rated safety lens, and ANSI Z89.1-certified hard hat, this Z-Link® configuration delivers unmatched protection, comfort, and performance under the most demanding conditions.

The C40 Climate Control Device allows operators to adjust incoming air temperature—cooling or heating the supplied air stream depending on the environment—significantly enhancing comfort and reducing fatigue during long shifts. Combined with the fire-rated face seal designed for welding and spark-intensive operations, the Z-Link® is optimized for both safety and productivity.

A hinged main visor provides clear face access for communication and cooling breaks, while an optional welding visor (sold separately) can clip over the main lens and flip upward to reveal the underlying ANSI-rated impact visor. With its wide field of vision, advanced fit system, and durability, the Z-Link® delivers elite performance across welding, grinding, painting, and metalworking applications.
