The 16-075-11 RPB® Z-Link+® Respirator is an advanced, fully integrated welding and grinding headtop designed for maximum clarity, comfort, protection, and airflow. Built for demanding industrial environments, this configuration includes the Zytec® Fire-Rated Face Seal, Auto-Darkening Welding Visor (ADF), C40 Climate Control Device, ANSI Z87+ impact-rated lens, and ANSI Z89.1 hard hat protection, making it one of the most complete and versatile welding respirator systems available.

The Z-Link+ ADF system delivers an exceptional 1/1/1/1 optical rating, full angular dependency correctness, and advanced TIG detection. With a large viewing area and internal controls for shade, sensitivity, and delay adjustments, welders get unmatched precision and eye comfort. The ADF visor flips up to reveal the impact-rated clear lens underneath, enabling seamless transitions between welding, grinding, inspection, and setup tasks.

Powered by the C40 Climate Control Device, operators can heat or cool incoming supplied air for year-round comfort.
