The RPB® Z-Link® 16-011-23 Respirator delivers premium protection for industrial users performing powder coating, abrasive tasks, welding prep, grinding, and general fabrication work. This model features the Tychem® SL Shoulder Cape, engineered with sealed seams specifically optimized for powder coating and environments with airborne particulate.

With a Constant Flow Valve, ANSI Z87+ rated lens, and ANSI Z89.1 hard hat, the Z-Link® provides full head, eye, and respiratory protection in a single comfortable, ergonomic helmet. Its hinged main visor allows operators to quickly flip open the lens for communication or inspection without removing the respirator.

The Z-Link®’s advanced Comfort-Link™ Fit System, cushioned interior padding, and molded helmet structure ensure long-duration comfort while reducing fatigue across demanding shifts.
