The RPB® Z-Link® 16-015-23 is a premium supplied-air respirator engineered for high-performance protection during powder coating, welding, grinding, fabrication, and general industrial applications. This configuration features a Tychem® SL shoulder cape, providing airtight, chemical-resistant coverage designed specifically for powder coating environments where sealed seams are required.

Equipped with the C40 Climate Control Device, the Z-Link® allows operators to cool or warm their incoming air for maximum comfort in extreme-temperature work zones. Its ANSI-rated lens and hard-hat shell deliver robust impact and head protection, while the Comfort-Link™ Fit System ensures long-wear comfort and reduced fatigue.

The Z-Link®’s hinged visor design allows workers to lift the visor for communication, inspection, or rest—without removing the respirator.
