The 16-011-12 RPB® Z-Link® Respirator is a high-performance supplied-air headtop designed for painting, coating, welding, grinding, and general industrial operations. This configuration includes the Tychem® QC Face Seal (ideal for wet painting), Constant Flow Valve, ANSI Z87+ impact-rated lens, and ANSI Z89.1 industrial hard hat, delivering exceptional comfort, head protection, and respiratory safety.

The Z-Link® is engineered to maximize visibility and ease of use, featuring a hinged visor for quick communication and free-air breathing off-air supply. Operators can optionally attach a welding visor (sold separately) that flips up to reveal the ANSI Z87+ impact lens below, making it easy to switch between welding, grinding, and inspection tasks.

With the fully adjustable Comfort-Link™ Fit System, molded interior padding, and ergonomic weight distribution, the Z-Link® enables extended-wear comfort for long shifts across painting, metalworking, fabrication, and coating environments.
