The RPB® Nova 3® Respirator with XL Blast Jacket and Hot Tube is engineered for cold-weather abrasive blasting environments where operators need maximum upper-body protection, heated breathing air, and reliable respiratory safety. The integrated Hot Tube warms incoming compressed air, preventing cold stress and helping operators stay comfortable, productive, and focused during long blasting shifts in winter or unheated industrial facilities.

The XL Blast Jacket offers significantly more protection than standard or 38" capes—shielding the operator’s chest, arms, shoulders, and upper torso from abrasive rebound, dust, and harsh industrial exposure. Its durable construction makes it ideal for heavy-duty blasting and high-impact environments.

Included medium side pads improve helmet stability, reduce pressure points, and enhance long-duration comfort.
