Safety Function (Critical)

  • If the operator drops the blast hose, the ball & chain disengages the handle, immediately stopping blasting

Installation Guidelines

  • Attach handle to blast hose near the nozzle using hose clamps or heavy-duty wire ties
  • Create a strain-relief loop in the control cord:
    • 6" away from hose
    • 6" parallel
    • 6" back to hose
  • Secure loop endpoint with duct tape (wrap twice around cord, then around hose)
  • Continue securing cord to hose every 3 feet

Important Safety Warning

  • The chain must be secured around the operator’s wrist at all times
  • Do NOT use without the ball & chain properly attached
  • Failure to follow safety instructions may result in unsafe operation
