Nozzle – Tungsten Carbide Short Venturi, 3/8" Bore, 1" Entry, 1-1/4" Brass Thread, Poly Jacket
Part Number: 501-612
Weight: 1.20 lbs
The 501-612 Tungsten Carbide Short Venturi Nozzle is a durable, high-performance blasting nozzle engineered for precision blasting applications that require a tighter pattern and focused cutting power. Featuring a tungsten carbide liner, this nozzle delivers long wear life and reliable performance when used with common blasting abrasives such as slag, glass bead, garnet, and aluminum oxide.
The short venturi design provides a narrower, more concentrated blast pattern—ideal for spot blasting, weld prep, touch-ups, and applications where accuracy takes priority over maximum pattern size. With a 3/8" bore and 1" entry, the nozzle maintains efficient air flow for controlled yet powerful operation.
A rugged poly jacket adds durability and impact resistance, while the 1-1/4" brass thread ensures compatibility with most standard nozzle holders.
⚠️ WARNING: Brass-threaded nozzles may seize or become inseparable when used with brass nozzle holders. Use a compatible non-brass holder to avoid thread galling.
