Part Number: 501-782
Weight: 2.40 lbs

The 501-782 Tungsten Carbide Long Venturi Nozzle is designed for contractors who demand maximum wear resistance, high abrasive velocity, and long-term durability. Tungsten carbide is one of the toughest nozzle materials available, offering outstanding longevity when blasting with aggressive abrasives such as steel grit, aluminum oxide, garnet, or slag-based media.

The long venturi design accelerates abrasive media to its highest velocity, producing a wide, fast, and uniform blast pattern that significantly boosts surface coverage and productivity—ideal for large-scale blasting operations. The 7/16" bore supports a high flow rate, delivering powerful cutting capability for demanding industrial applications.

A strong, impact-resistant poly jacket adds durability and protects the tungsten carbide liner. The 1-1/4" brass NPSM thread ensures a secure, vibration-resistant connection to compatible industrial nozzle holders.

WARNING: Brass-threaded nozzles should not be used with brass nozzle holders. The metals may seize together and become inseparable during operation.
