The 501-862 Tungsten Carbide 45° Angle Nozzle is designed for high-efficiency abrasive blasting in tight, obstructed, or difficult-to-access areas. Featuring three angled 45° outlets, this nozzle delivers simultaneous multi-directional blasting—ideal for cleaning behind flanges, inside corners, structural recesses, and areas that standard straight nozzles cannot reach.

With a durable tungsten carbide liner, this nozzle offers outstanding wear resistance and long service life even when used with aggressive abrasives such as steel grit, aluminum oxide, slag, and garnet. The 1/4" bore generates a concentrated and controlled blast stream across all three outlets, ensuring consistent performance during detailed cleaning or precision blasting.

The 1-1/4" brass threaded connection allows secure attachment to NPSM-style nozzle holders.

⚠️ WARNING: Brass-threaded nozzles should NOT be used with brass nozzle holders, as they may seize or become inseparable.
IMPORTANT: For triple-outlet nozzles, air consumption must be multiplied by 3 when calculating system requirements.
