Nozzle – Boron Carbide Long Venturi, 5/16" Bore, 1" Entry, 1-1/4" NPSM Thread, Aluminum Jacket
Part Number: 101-4200
Weight: 0.90 lbs
The 101-4200 Boron Carbide Long Venturi Nozzle is an ultra-durable, high-efficiency blasting nozzle built for maximum wear resistance and long service life. Boron carbide is one of the hardest nozzle materials available—lasting up to 5–10× longer than tungsten carbide—making it ideal for blasting operations that use aggressive abrasives or require extended run times.
The 5/16" bore produces a balanced, high-velocity blast stream, while the long venturi design increases abrasive acceleration, resulting in faster cleaning, reduced abrasive consumption, and wider blast patterns. The aluminum jacket provides strength while keeping the nozzle lightweight for easier handling.
⚠ WARNING: Do not use aluminum-threaded nozzles with aluminum nozzle holders—threads may seize and become permanently stuck.
