This system includes a Polyarmor®-lined Deli-Vessel, aftercooler, coalescing pre-filter, air-temperature gauge, and air-motor oil discharge trap. Fully skid-mounted and requiring no electricity, it’s designed for portability, durability, and efficiency in the harshest field conditions.

How It Works:
The Pirate Brand® Dry Land™ single-tower deliquescent air dryer removes moisture through a three-stage process:

1. Cooling Stage: Compressed air enters the aftercooler and is reduced to within 10–15°F of ambient temperature, condensing water vapor.

2. Filtration Stage: The air passes through a coalescing filter that removes oil and fine particulates.

3. Drying Stage: Air flows upward through desiccant tablets inside the dryer tank. The tablets absorb moisture, gradually dissolve, and collect at the bottom of the vessel, where a manual valve is used to drain the solution periodically.
