How It Works:
The Pirate Brand® Dry Land™ Aftercooler System uses a three-stage air treatment process to ensure dry, clean compressed air:

1. Cooling Stage: Warm air from the compressor enters the aftercooler, where it is cooled close to ambient temperature, causing moisture to condense.

2. Separation Stage: Condensed liquid and airborne water droplets are removed in the moisture separator using centrifugal and gravitational force.

3. Filtration Stage: A coalescing filter captures fine oil mist and particulates, delivering high-quality air to downstream equipment.

The result is clean, dry air—essential for professional abrasive blasting, surface prep, and painting operations.
