How It Works:
The Pirate Brand® Dry Land™ Aftercooler System uses a three-stage process to cool and purify compressed air:

1. Cooling: Hot air from the compressor passes through the aftercooler, where it is cooled to within 10–15°F of ambient temperature, condensing water vapor into liquid form.

2. Separation: The moisture separator removes condensed liquid and airborne water droplets via centrifugal and gravity forces.

3. Filtration: The coalescing filter captures oil aerosols and fine particulates, leaving clean, dry air for critical blasting and painting applications.
