How It Works:
The Pirate Brand® Dry Land™ Aftercooler System functions through a three-stage moisture removal process:

1. Cooling: Hot compressed air first passes through the aftercooler, reducing air temperature by 10–15°F (5.6–8.3°C) relative to ambient conditions, condensing water vapor.

2. Separation: The cooled, moisture-laden air enters the moisture separator, where water droplets are removed by centrifugal and gravity separation.

3. Filtration: Finally, the air flows through a coalescing filter that eliminates oil and fine contaminants, ensuring dry, clean air output.

The result is consistent, high-quality compressed air suitable for precision blasting, coating, or pneumatic system use.
