The Bullard EVAHLHMXIS2 HMXi Hazardous Locations PAPR System combines the rugged head, face, and respiratory protection of the HMXi Type C respirator with the EVAHL Powered Air-Purifying Respirator, a belt-mounted blower specifically engineered for Hazardous Locations (HL-rated) environments. Paired with a Tychem 2000 (QC) chemical-resistant full shroud, this system delivers advanced respiratory protection for industries working in volatile, explosive, or hazardous atmospheric conditions.

The EVAHL PAPR delivers 8.5 CFM of filtered air, utilizing Bullard’s Active Flow Technology to automatically maintain steady airflow despite filter loading, pressure changes, or worker movement. The HMXi helmet provides ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type 1, Class E & G certified head protection and ANSI/ISEA Z87.1 High Impact eye/face protection. With the full Tychem QC shroud, select HMXi configurations achieve an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) up to 1,000 for maximum respiratory safety.

This respirator requires no fit testing, supports multi-user operations, and is ideal for coating applications, chemical exposure, paint booths, industrial finishing, hazardous manufacturing, and explosive-atmosphere environments where standard PAPRs are not approved.
