The Bullard BCX Wireless Communication System – Dual Headset Kit (COMBTMDPKG) is a complete two-user Bluetooth communication package engineered for high-noise, industrial, and respirator-compatible environments. This kit includes two COMBTMD wireless radios, two AC chargers, and a protective carry case, providing a ready-to-use solution for hands-free communication in blasting, painting, maintenance, and industrial operations.

Designed for clear, full-duplex communication, the BCX system allows both users to speak simultaneously without push-to-talk requirements (unless optional PTT is added). The system is compatible with multiple Bullard headset options—including boom mic, bone mic, and hard-hat mounted units—making it adaptable to a wide range of PPE setups.

The BCX system also includes Lone Worker Protection (LWP) capability, utilizing a built-in motion sensor to detect wearer immobility and automatically broadcast safety alerts to the rest of the communication group.

Lone Worker Protection (LWP) – Man-Down Alarm System

• Integrated motion sensor monitors worker activity

• Pre-alert sound warns the wearer after a preset period of immobility

• If still immobile, radio automatically broadcasts a voice alert to all radios in the group

• Identifies the specific user by radio ID

Example:
If user #2 remains motionless:

• After 30 seconds → Pre-alert beep

• After 5 more seconds → System broadcasts “APPI Com 2 immobile”

LWP only activates when the radio is connected to at least one other BCX radio.
