Installation Notes

1. Slide the back end of the tool into the expanded carriage, through the front collar and into the rear collar.

2. Position the rear collar in front of the breather vent holes on the seal retainer body—do not block the vent holes.

3. Tighten the two (2) set screws on the rear collar.

4. Expand the scissor mechanism to match the pipe’s internal diameter and tighten the two (2) socket set screws on the front collar.

5. Verify that the rotating head spins freely before operation.
