Heavy-duty 6.0 cu ft (170 liter) stationary abrasive blast pot designed for blast rooms, production shops, and high-volume surface prep environments. This configuration includes a 4″ umbrella inlet, which reduces load pressure on the pop-up valve during hopper abrasive feeding, improving reliability and maintaining consistent abrasive flow during continuous blasting cycles.
Equipped with a Pneumatic Pressure Release Remote System, the vessel automatically depressurizes when the operator releases the control handle, improving safety and reducing downtime between fills. The system is fitted with the AMV II™ X-TREME Duty Metering Valve, optimized for steel grit and heavy-duty abrasive media, delivering stable metering control and extended wear resistance.
Built using 1-1/2″ inlet, 1″ diaphragm outlet, and 1-1/4″ galvanized steel piping, this blast machine is engineered for high airflow efficiency, long-term durability, and consistent abrasive delivery in harsh industrial work environments.
