The 501-892 Tungsten Carbide 45° Triple-Outlet Angle Nozzle is engineered for demanding blasting applications where access is limited or where multiple impact directions dramatically improve cleaning efficiency. With three high-velocity outlets positioned at a 45° angle, this nozzle allows operators to blast behind flanges, around structural components, inside corners, and into areas that are difficult or impossible to reach using standard straight nozzles.

Constructed with a tungsten carbide liner, this heavy-duty angled nozzle delivers exceptional wear life when blasting with aggressive abrasives such as steel grit, aluminum oxide, slag, or garnet. The 5/16" bore provides a tight, controlled blast stream across all three outlets, ensuring consistent, powerful surface preparation performance.

The 1-1/4" brass threaded connection ensures compatibility with standard NPSM-style nozzle holders.

⚠️ WARNING: Brass threaded nozzles should not be used with brass nozzle holders, as they may seize or become inseparable.

IMPORTANT: When using air consumption charts, multiply CFM requirements by the number of outlets (3x) for accurate system sizing.
