The 101-4220 Boron Carbide Long Venturi Nozzle is a premium, ultra-durable abrasive blasting nozzle designed for maximum wear life and superior blasting performance. Constructed with a boron carbide liner—one of the hardest and longest-lasting materials available—this nozzle excels in high-production environments and with extremely aggressive abrasive media including aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, and steel grit.

Featuring a 7/16" bore, this nozzle delivers a high-velocity blast stream with excellent balance between cutting performance and abrasive efficiency. The long venturi design significantly increases abrasive acceleration and expands the blast pattern, enhancing productivity, reducing blasting time, and minimizing media consumption.

The 1-1/4" NPSM threaded connection ensures compatibility with standard heavy-duty nozzle holders, while the aluminum jacket provides lightweight handling without sacrificing strength.

⚠️ WARNING: Do not use aluminum-threaded nozzles with aluminum nozzle holders, as they may seize or become inseparable.
