The 101-4230 Boron Carbide Long Venturi Nozzle is an ultra-high-durability blasting nozzle engineered for maximum service life in the most demanding abrasive blasting environments. Constructed with a boron carbide liner—one of the hardest and most wear-resistant materials used in blasting equipment—this nozzle delivers exceptional longevity, especially when using extremely aggressive abrasives such as aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, or steel grit.

With a 1/2" bore, this long venturi nozzle creates a powerful, high-velocity blast stream, ideal for large-surface cleaning, heavy coating removal, industrial maintenance, and high-production blasting. The long venturi design increases abrasive acceleration and expands the blast pattern, significantly improving productivity while reducing abrasive consumption.

The 1-1/4" NPSM thread ensures compatibility with heavy-duty screw-on nozzle holders, while the aluminum jacket provides lightweight handling and strong impact resistance.

⚠️ WARNING: Nozzles with aluminum threads should NOT be used with aluminum nozzle holders, as they may seize and become inseparable.
