Key Benefits of Survivor™ Blast Hose
-
Up to 2× longer abrasion life* compared to standard blast hose
-
Reduced downtime due to fewer hose replacements
-
Improved productivity on large blasting jobs
-
Ideal for whip hoses and high-wear blasting sections
-
Reliable performance for automated blasting systems
*Based on DIN abrasion testing using non-rotating head versus abrasion-resistant SBR compounds. Actual service life may vary depending on application conditions.
Important Pressure Warning
When operating above 150 PSI, brass couplings and nozzle holders must be used to maintain safe operation.
Installation Warning
Factory hose ends are not cut square. Always cut hose ends square before installing couplings or nozzle holders.
Failure to properly square the hose end is the #1 cause of blast hose coupling failure and may lead to unsafe operation.
Ideal Applications
-
Sandblasting cabinets
-
Abrasive blasting systems
-
Surface preparation and coating removal
-
Rust, scale, and paint removal
-
Automated blasting equipment
-
High-wear industrial blasting operations
Usage Recommendation
Use with compatible 1/2" blast hose couplings and nozzle holders. Inspect the hose regularly for abrasion, wear, or internal damage to ensure safe and reliable abrasive blasting performance in demanding industrial environments.
