Nozzle – Tungsten Carbide Short Venturi, 7/16" Bore, 1" Entry, 1-1/4" Brass Thread, Poly Jacket
Part Number: 501-622
Weight: 1.90 lbs
The 501-622 Tungsten Carbide Short Venturi Nozzle is a high-impact blasting nozzle designed for operators who need strong cutting power in compact or confined spaces. Built with a durable tungsten carbide liner, this nozzle offers excellent wear resistance and consistent performance when blasting with aggressive media such as steel grit, aluminum oxide, slag, or garnet.
The 7/16" bore produces a powerful, concentrated blast stream ideal for heavy material removal, weld prep, rust and scale removal, and demanding industrial surface cleaning. The short venturi geometry maximizes impact force at close range, making this nozzle perfect for blast cabinets, near-surface blasting, and applications where working distance is limited.
A poly jacket adds impact resistance, corrosion protection, and improved handling comfort, while the 1-1/4" brass threaded connection provides compatibility with standard NPSM-style nozzle holders.
⚠️ WARNING: Brass-threaded nozzles should NOT be used with brass nozzle holders, as they may seize or become inseparable over time.
