The 1348-503 Tungsten Carbide Short Venturi Nozzle is engineered for high-impact, close-range abrasive blasting where maximum precision and concentrated power are required. Built with a durable tungsten carbide liner, this nozzle delivers excellent wear resistance and long service life, even when used with aggressive media such as steel grit, aluminum oxide, slag, or garnet.

The 3/16" bore creates a focused, high-energy blast stream ideal for weld preparation, spot blasting, edge cleaning, and small-area surface preparation. Its short venturi geometry increases blast intensity at close range, providing superior control for detailed or confined-area blasting.

The lightweight aluminum jacket offers rigid structural support while maintaining easy maneuverability. The 1-1/4" aluminum thread ensures a secure fit with compatible screw-on nozzle holders.

⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING:
Aluminum-threaded nozzles should NOT be used with aluminum nozzle holders, as the threads may seize or become permanently stuck.
Use brass or composite holders to avoid thread galling.
