The 501-842 Tungsten Carbide 45° Angle Nozzle is built for abrasive blasting applications that require precise directional cleaning in areas where straight nozzles cannot reach. Featuring a single 45-degree outlet, it delivers a concentrated, high-velocity blast stream ideal for blasting inside corners, behind flanges, around structural obstacles, and within tight, recessed areas.

Manufactured with a tungsten carbide liner, this angled nozzle offers exceptional wear life and consistent performance when used with aggressive abrasives such as aluminum oxide, steel grit, slag, and garnet. The 1/4" bore provides a tight, controlled blast pattern perfect for detailed cleaning, weld preparation, and small-area surface conditioning.

The 1-1/4" brass threaded connection ensures compatibility with heavy-duty NPSM-style nozzle holders used in industrial blasting systems.
