The 104-5420 SiAlON Long Venturi Nozzle is engineered for high-efficiency abrasive blasting, combining lightweight ergonomics with exceptional wear resistance. Featuring a SiAlON (Silicon Aluminum Oxynitride) liner, this nozzle provides durability comparable to tungsten carbide while weighing roughly 50% less, making it ideal for operators who need to minimize fatigue during long blasting shifts or overhead work.

Designed with a 7/16" bore, the nozzle produces a high-velocity, expanded blast pattern suitable for aggressive material removal, large-surface cleaning, and industrial surface preparation. The long venturi geometry accelerates abrasive particles to greater speeds, improving productivity and reducing abrasive consumption.

The 50 mm aluminum thread is compatible with metric-style nozzle holders, and the poly jacket delivers excellent impact resistance and corrosion protection.

⚠️ WARNING: Do not use aluminum-threaded nozzles with aluminum nozzle holders. Threads may seize and become inseparable.
