Part Number: 502-752
Weight: 1.00 lbs

The 502-752 SiAlON Long Venturi Nozzle is built for high-production blasting operations where a balance of durability, lightweight handling, and consistent performance is essential. SiAlON (Silicon Aluminum Oxynitride) provides service life comparable to tungsten carbide, yet weighs significantly less—helping reduce operator fatigue during long hours on the job.

The 7/16" bore delivers a higher abrasive flow rate than smaller bore sizes, making this nozzle ideal for medium-to-large surface areas where speed and efficiency are priorities. Combined with the long venturi design, this nozzle produces a fast, wide, and uniform blast pattern that increases coverage and reduces total blasting time.

A durable poly jacket protects the SiAlON liner from impacts and harsh environments, while the 1-1/4" brass NPSM thread ensures a secure fit with compatible industry-standard nozzle holders.

WARNING: Brass-threaded nozzles should not be paired with brass nozzle holders. The metals may gall, seize, and become inseparable during use.
