The 104-5410 SiAlON Long Venturi Nozzle is a lightweight, high-efficiency abrasive blasting nozzle designed for contractors who need durability, speed, and reduced operator fatigue. Constructed with a SiAlON (Silicon Aluminum Oxynitride) liner, this nozzle provides service life and abrasion resistance comparable to tungsten carbide—while weighing approximately 50% less, making it ideal for long shifts or overhead blasting applications.

With a 3/8" bore, this long venturi nozzle delivers a fast, high-velocity blast stream capable of strong material removal, efficient surface cleaning, and industrial surface preparation. Its long venturi geometry significantly increases abrasive acceleration and widens the blast pattern, maximizing productivity and reducing abrasive consumption.

The 50 mm aluminum threaded connection ensures compatibility with metric-style nozzle holders, and the poly jacket provides added impact protection, corrosion resistance, and improved handling comfort.
