The 502-742 SiAlON Long Venturi Nozzle is engineered for operators who require a high-performance, lightweight blasting solution that maintains durability under continuous use. SiAlON (Silicon Aluminum Oxynitride) offers service life comparable to tungsten carbide while weighing approximately half as much, reducing operator fatigue during extended blasting shifts.

The long venturi design increases abrasive velocity and produces a wide, efficient blast pattern that enhances surface coverage and reduces overall blasting time. The 3/8" bore provides a medium-to-high abrasive flow rate, making this nozzle ideal for general-purpose blasting, industrial maintenance, and mid-to-large surface preparation tasks.

A rugged poly jacket protects the SiAlON liner while keeping the nozzle light and easy to maneuver. The 1-1/4" brass NPSM thread ensures compatibility with standard industrial nozzle holders.
