The 502-762 SiAlON Long Venturi Nozzle delivers high-performance blasting with a lightweight, durable SiAlON liner engineered for extended service life. SiAlON is a premium composite material offering wear resistance comparable to tungsten carbide—yet it weighs only about half as much, making it ideal for operators working long hours or performing overhead blasting.

The long venturi design maximizes abrasive acceleration and produces a wide, high-velocity blast pattern for fast, efficient cleaning. The 1/2" bore supports higher abrasive flow rates for aggressive removal of coatings, rust, and scale. A poly jacket adds impact protection and reduces total weight, while the 1-1/4" brass NPSM thread ensures a secure fit on compatible holders.

⚠ WARNING: Brass-threaded nozzles may seize when used with brass nozzle holders. Avoid pairing brass-on-brass to prevent threads from becoming stuck or inseparable.
