  • Designed to prevent uncontrolled blasting and reduce injury risk

Installation Guidelines

  • Attach handle to blast hose near the nozzle using hose clamps or heavy-duty wire ties
  • Create a strain-relief loop in the twinline/control cord:
    • 6" away from hose
    • 6" parallel
    • 6" back to hose
  • Secure with duct tape at loop endpoint (wrap twice around cord, then around hose)
  • Continue securing cord to hose every 3 feet along the length

Important Safety Warning

  • The chain must be secured around the operator’s wrist at all times
  • Do NOT use without the ball & chain properly attached
  • Improper use may result in unsafe operation

Performance Advantages

  • Immediate shutdown in emergency situations
  • Reduces risk of uncontrolled blasting
  • Reliable operation in dusty, abrasive environments
