⚠️ The fluid nozzle and needle must always be the exact matching size within the same aircap set. Mixing sizes will cause poor spray performance and sealing issues.

Aircap Size Guidance

• #4 (1.4mm) is the default / standard Fuji XPC size

• #3 and #4 are both suitable for fine finishing

• #4 allows more fluid output, helpful for fast-drying lacquers and better leveling

• Larger sizes (#5, #6, etc.) increase flow but reduce atomization finesse
