Proper Remote-Control Attachment Instructions

(Included on OEM spec sheet — rewritten cleanly for your store)

To ensure safe operation and proper strain-relief:

  1. Attach the Deadman Handle

    • Secure the control handle to the blast hose near the nozzle using hose clamps or heavy wire ties.

  2. Create a Strain-Relief Loop

    • Form a loop of twin-line/control cord that:

      • Extends 6" away from the blast hose

      • Runs 6" parallel to the blast hose

      • Returns 6" back to the hose

    • Secure the end of this loop to the blast hose using duct tape:

      • Wrap tape twice around the twin-line, then around the hose.

  3. Secure the Remaining Twin-Line

    • Beginning at the nozzle end, tape the twin-line to the blast hose every 3 feet.

This installation ensures proper strain relief, longevity, and reliable operation during blasting.
