Important Safety & Installation Notes

⚠ WARNING: Never disassemble the Automatic Pinch Valve spring assembly. It is under compression. Always replace the spring/diaphragm assembly as a complete unit. Failure to do so can cause components to come apart violently, resulting in serious injury.

For proper operation and longer pinch tube life:

• The pre-load bolt (line drawing #3) on the opposite side of the valve from the adjustment handle must be fully tightened in.

• Do not operate the valve with this bolt partially out.
