The AeroVent® 1X Aerosol Can Disposal System is a cost-effective solution designed for safe and efficient puncturing and draining of aerosol cans, helping reduce hazardous waste disposal costs. It handles aerosol cans up to 3” diameter and 10” length with a single tray and quick-change aluminum plugs for easy size adjustment.
Operation involves three simple steps: load and seal the can (which punctures and depressurizes it), wait for the patented Safe2Vent™ filter’s Viz-a-Ball™ indicator to signal safe depressurization, then open and remove the processed can for disposal or recycling.
The system features a built-in cycle counter that automatically tracks cans processed, helping to optimize filter replacement timing without manual counting. The patented Viz-a-Ball™ indicator check valve ensures operator safety by confirming when the system is depressurized and compliant with OSHA, EPA, and California environmental regulations by preventing vapor release after processing.
