The 1348-505 Tungsten Carbide Short Venturi Nozzle is engineered for precision blasting applications that require maximum durability, tight blast control, and a lightweight design. Tungsten carbide is one of the hardest and most wear-resistant nozzle materials available, ensuring long service life even when blasting with aggressive media such as aluminum oxide, steel grit, or garnet.

The short venturi design produces a tight, concentrated blast pattern, making this nozzle ideal for detailed blasting, weld cleaning, corners, edges, and spot work where accuracy is essential. With a 5/16" bore, it delivers a medium abrasive flow that balances cutting power and control.

The aluminum jacket provides excellent strength while remaining lightweight, making the nozzle easy to handle during longer blasting sessions. The 1-1/4" aluminum thread ensures secure attachment to compatible nozzle holders.

⚠ WARNING: Nozzles with aluminum threads should not be used with aluminum nozzle holders. The metals may seize under vibration and become inseparable.
