The 104-5920 SiAlON Long Venturi Nozzle is a lightweight, high-performance blasting nozzle built for operators who require long wear life, reduced fatigue, and maximum blasting efficiency. Constructed with a SiAlON (Silicon Aluminum Oxynitride) liner, this nozzle offers durability comparable to tungsten carbide—while weighing only about half as much, making it ideal for extended blasting sessions or overhead applications.

With a 3/8" bore, this nozzle provides a strong, high-velocity blast stream suitable for surface cleaning, rust and coating removal, industrial maintenance, and general-purpose abrasive blasting. The long venturi design increases abrasive acceleration and expands the blast pattern, improving productivity while optimizing abrasive usage.

The 1-1/4" wide-entry inlet allows smooth, unrestricted abrasive flow, minimizing pressure loss and maximizing performance.
