The 104-5380 SiAlON Long Venturi Nozzle is built for operators who need a lightweight, durable, and high-precision blasting nozzle. Made from SiAlON (Silicon Aluminum Oxynitride), this nozzle delivers service life comparable to tungsten carbide while weighing roughly 50% less, making it an excellent choice for long-duration blasting where operator fatigue must be minimized.

The 3/16" bore produces a fine, highly concentrated blast stream—ideal for detail work, controlled surface prep, touch-up blasting, and applications requiring maximum accuracy. Combined with the long venturi design, the nozzle increases abrasive velocity and creates a consistent, efficient blast pattern despite its small bore.

A tough poly jacket protects the SiAlON liner from impact and wear, while the 50 mm aluminum thread ensures compatibility with holders designed for this thread style.

⚠ WARNING: Do not use aluminum-threaded nozzles with aluminum nozzle holders. Threads can seize and become permanently stuck during use.
