The Pirate Brand® 6.5 cu ft Short-Cycle Stationary Pneumatic Blast Pot is built for industrial users who demand reliability and speed during rapid on-off blasting cycles.
Unlike standard pressure-release systems, which can overfill when blasting in short intervals, the Short-Cycle System Saver keeps the vessel pressurized between blasts, eliminating downtime and protecting internal components from abrasive overfill.

This design offers the same convenience as standard pressure-release units but with faster restart capability and reduced pop-up wear—ideal for blast rooms, production facilities, and short-burst operations.

Short-Cycle System Advantage

Standard SPR blasters automatically refill when depressurized, which can cause abrasive overfilling and seal failure during frequent cycling. The Short-Cycle System solves this by:
