Heavy-duty 6.0 cu ft (170 liter) stationary abrasive blasting pressure vessel designed for shop and blast room environments, equipped with 12VDC electric remote controls for faster system response, reliable operation in colder climates, and reduced icing in control circuits. The integrated 4″ umbrella feed system prevents excess load on the pop-up valve during hopper-fed abrasive loading, ensuring smooth and continuous abrasive flow.
The system utilizes a pneumatic pressure release safety circuit, which automatically depressurizes the vessel when the control handle is released—improving safety and minimizing downtime between blasting cycles. The unit comes standard with the MPV (Manual Plunger) metering valve, offering a simple and durable flow control method for general-purpose blasting media.
